Somebody from someplace he knows? Not only that, but a place he's been to? A place in his own world? Jefferson is entirely too excited as he responds. ]
i have! i've spent a little bit of time there :) though i can't say i enjoyed traveling by boat
[ Oh, wait, there's another interesting thing she mentioned... ]
[He knows of her home? It takes everything in her to stay composed and not ask to see him in person. She doesn't want to be desperate. No matter how excited she is.]
A strange land called Storybrooke. It's where I died.
Not that it matters anymore. I'm too happy knowing there's someone here from the same world as I am! I thought I'd be alone here, but now I have you.
[Since he's taught her the joy of including faces in text, she adds on--]
You know, this would all be easier to talk about in person. Who knew typing everything on this device would take so much time? That's the point of this though, isn't it? To find people to meet and enjoy their company.
:3) (Oh, I think I may have mastered mustaches on my first try!)
[She wouldn't expect anything less from a gentleman from her world. She'll show up looking like she's ready to go to a ball so they'll be a matched set of storybook weirdos.]
I usually would never go see a man whose name I didn't know. But I think I shall make an exception for you.
[Meaning: he has the time it takes her to get there to come up with a proper introduction. It will take her about half an hour to actually find his shop because finding her way around, so it's not like it's a pressing issue.]

what's it like?
[ He has to ask, of course, as a portal jumper. Well. A former portal jumper. ]
as far as i know, we're the only ones from our world here
it's such a relief to finally meet someone from home
[ LOOK, HE EVEN KNOWS MORE SMILIES. ]

I'm sure Storybrooke has it's merits, but all I saw in my short time there were too many bright lights and carriages that move on their own.
I'd much rather be here with someone who's sane and normal than there.
;D?
[She put the winking eyes together with the smile all on her own. She's learning fast!]

how did you get there?
sane and normal?
it's a good thing we've found each other
maybe now people will believe me when i talk about our world
[ Now that there's someone else who can verify he didn't just make it all up in some drug addled stupor. ]
you're a natural! ;)

I can show you some of the other things I pick up quickly.
[No that is not an innuendo, she couldn't make one if she tried.]

Though, granted, Jefferson makes himself nice and fancy every day. So it's nothing special. ]
